使用極難入手、頂級的「夢幻酒米」- 「兵庫特 A 級播州愛山」釀造，其特點是心白大，因此適合釀製成有風味獨特帶點花果香氣、清新酸調的清酒。它的精米步合為50%，而「中取り」則為在其製酒過程中，將榨酒最初和最後段的液體去除，只取中段最清澈部分。

帶有哈蜜瓜、青蘋果及草本味，很有層次感，入口柔和圓潤，及有甘口口感，尾韻較為優雅。
