「大嶺酒造」大嶺酒造所有的酒都是用山口縣在地最高級「弁天水」釀造，酒瓶瓶身則是設計邀請了瑞典設計工作室「Stockholm Design Lab」操刀設計，同樣黑白極簡的設計跟酒廠本身相呼應，同時也拋棄了傳統以「書法」題字設計的酒標，而改用非常簡單的「米粒」的剪影，用一到五粒米來區別純米大吟釀、純米吟釀、純米酒、無規格酒等不同的酒款！
