Description

「梵」在梵語裡為「清淨」之意，英文名字為 Born，指創造及誕生。由日本加藤吉平商店釀造的清酒。「梵」用兵庫縣特 A 區出產、精米步合分別為 35% 及 20% 的山田錦調合而成，在攝氏負 8 度熟成 5 年。「梵」多次在國家重要場合中亮相，比如 1928 年昭和天皇即位的儀式。

-10°C調整熟成的純米大吟釀生酒，僅在裝瓶後加熱殺菌一次，將大吟釀生酒的芳醇美味完整的鎖入瓶內。 調整熟成的特徵就是金黃色的酒液。是一款完美的餐前酒。
