Description

4個階段的老化過程. 4個階段的過程是從麥芽和穀物威士忌在單獨的橡木桶中傳統的發酵開始的。 然後將穀物打蛋器混合在一起，在中性橡木桶中第二次發酵。 麥芽攪拌器都經過同樣的過程。在第三階段，穀物和麥芽攪拌器混入最終混合物，然後在中性橡木桶中第三次發酵。 在第二階段和第三階段，一般老化6個月，但最後的決定取決於主攪拌機的判斷。 第三階段後，混合威士忌在雪利酒桶中經過4次最終收尾，最長1年。 這個過程製造出一種異常光滑和複雜的威士忌。
