白葉是麥芽與穀物的混合式威士忌，酒色金黃，輕麥芽感覺清新，富濃郁柑橘檸檬皮和橘子皮味。未經冷凝過濾、未用焦糖上色，源自家族三百多年歷史酒廠，肥土先生回到埼玉縣秩父重新打造肥土伊知郎酒廠，即使是日本當前最年輕的小酒廠，但出產的每支威士忌皆令人驚艷。伊知郎旅行全世界尋找最佳的橡木桶，爲羽生老酒及秩父的新酒混調後靜置熟成。使用爺爺時代羽生酒廠所生產的麥芽威士忌調配而成；在加入冰塊後，穀物的口感微甜、香氣更加細緻。
