麥卡倫Concept Number 2採用卓越橡木桶，釀製風味濃郁且富含多重感官體驗的特色，鮮明風味與調性交織在一起，帶出鮮明強烈的酒體基底，使其成為一部和諧與精彩的藝術作品。Concept Number 2中，由歐洲雪莉橡木桶的圓潤香料氣息提供深沉且強烈風味，美國雪莉橡木桶濃郁的香草、柑橘及太妃糖甜味隨後而至，與波本酒桶帶來的花香柑橘及香草創造出鮮明並和諧的多重風味，為Concept Number 2增添層次堆疊。

蜂蜜麥片，蠟質柑橘皮和肉桂棒的香氣。果醬的漿果味在口中形成，並配以核桃和咖啡蛋糕，生薑和蜂窩狀。微妙的橡木味。
