今年的山崎2023據稱是奢侈使用了12年以上水楢新桶的原酒來調和，帶來豐富的木桶香氣和濃厚風味。

酒標和外盒設計上也不太一樣，今年的主題是「虎斑木紋」，是優質木材才會有的表現，以此為概念來製作了和紙酒標。
