Online Delivery Service

Applicable to Hong Kong Delivery

1. Shipping Fees &Policy – Hong Kong

· Free Delivery:Enjoy free delivery on orders of HKD800 or above (calculated after discounts).

· Standard DeliveryFee: A flat fee of HKD50 will be charged for orders below HKD800.

2. Delivery Time &Coverage – HongKong

· DeliveryCoverage:Service covers residential, commercial, restaurant, and hotel addresses withinHong Kong*.

*For hotel deliveries, please provide guest name,reservation number, and check-in date.

· Delivery is notavailable to the following locations or conditions: Addresses without elevatoraccess (e.g., walk-up buildings/village houses) *, Hong Kong Disneyland, LauFau Shan, Lung Kwu Tan, Chek Lap Kok, Sha Tau Kok, outlying islands, restrictedareas, ports, piers, and warehouse addresses.

**Additional Charges for Stair Access: If the deliveryaddress does not have elevator access, or if the elevator is not functioning(including basement levels), SF Express will charge an additional fee of HKD30per floor, payable directly to SF Express by the customer.

This charge is waived for deliveries to building lobbies,ground floors, or first-floorwalk-up units.

· Dispatch Time:Orders will generally be dispatched within 1–3 working days after order confirmation.

• Standard Delivery Fee: A flat fee of HKD150 will be charged for ordersbelowHKD2,500.

2. Delivery Time &Coverage – Macau
• Delivery Coverage: Service covers residential, commercial, restaurant,andhotel addresses within Macau*.

*For hotel deliveries, please provide guest name,reservation number, and check-in date.

•Delivery is not available to addresses without elevatoraccess.

3. Payment Methods

We offer a range of flexible and secure payment options toensure a smooth shopping experience:

3.1 Cashon Delivery (COD): Pay in cash directlyto the SF Express courier upon delivery. Ideal for first-time customers whoprefer not to pay online. (Applicable to Hong Kong deliveries only)

3.2 FPS: Instant transfer with zero handling fees.

3.3 Bank Transfer: Transfer directly to ourdesignated company bank account.

3.4 Credit Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, andAmerican Express. Payments are processed through a secure encrypted onlinesystem.

4. Order Cut-off Time

• Daily cut-off time is 6:00 PM.
• Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

Special Arrangements:
Delivery may be delayed under adverse weather conditions (e.g., TyphoonSignalNo. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning). We will arrange delivery onthenext available day where possible.

Remarks:

• We use SF Express Cold Chain Delivery to provideend-to-end temperature-controlled logistics for customers who selectDoor-to-Door Delivery.* This ensures that your products are transported andmaintained at the appropriate storage temperature throughout the deliveryprocess.

· Spirits & Wine: 17°C – 22°C

· Sake & Other Alcoholic Beverages: 0°C – 4°C

*Temperature-controlled delivery is available only forDoor-to-Door Delivery and does not apply to orders delivered to SF Lockers orSF Self-Pickup Points.
