1. Shipping Fees & Policy – Hong Kong
· FreeDelivery: Enjoy free delivery on orders of HKD800 or above (calculated afterdiscounts).
· StandardDelivery Fee: A flat fee of HKD50 will be charged for orders below HKD800.
2. Delivery Time & Coverage – HongKong
· DeliveryCoverage: Service covers residential, commercial, restaurant, and hoteladdresses within Hong Kong*.
*For hoteldeliveries, please provide guest name, reservation number, and check-in date.
· Deliveryis not available to the following locations or conditions: Addresses withoutelevator access (e.g., walk-up buildings/village houses) *, Hong KongDisneyland, Lau Fau Shan, Lung Kwu Tan, Chek Lap Kok, Sha Tau Kok, outlyingislands, restricted areas, ports, piers, and warehouse addresses.
**AdditionalCharges for Stair Access: If the delivery address does not have elevatoraccess, or if the elevator is not functioning (including basement levels), SFExpress will charge an additional fee of HKD30 per floor, payable directly toSF Express by the customer.
This chargeis waived for deliveries to building lobbies, ground floors, or first-floorwalk-up units.
· DispatchTime: Orders will generally be dispatched within 1–3 working days after orderconfirmation.

1. Shipping Fees & Policy – Macau
• Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on orders of HKD2,500 or above (calculatedafter discounts).
• Standard Delivery Fee: A flat fee of HKD150 will be charged for orders belowHKD2,500.
2. Delivery Time & Coverage – Macau
• Delivery Coverage: Service covers residential, commercial, restaurant, andhotel addresses within Macau*.
*For hoteldeliveries, please provide guest name, reservation number, and check-in date.
•Delivery is not available to addresses without elevator access.
**Additional Charges for Stair Access:If the delivery address does not have elevator access, or if the elevatoris not functioning (including basement levels), SF Express will charge anadditional fee of MOP30 per floor, payable directly to SF Express by thecustomer.
This charge is waived for deliveries to building lobbies, ground floors, orfirst-floor walk-up units.
•Delivery Restrictions: Not applicable to all spirits or alcoholic beverageswith an alcohol content above 30%.
• Dispatch Time: Orders will generally be dispatched within 3–5 working daysafter order confirmation.
• Customs & Duties: All customs clearance and duties will be handled by us;customers are not required to make separate arrangements.
3. PaymentMethods
We offer arange of flexible and secure payment options to ensure a smooth shoppingexperience:
3.1 Cashon Delivery (COD): Payin cash directly to the SF Express courier upon delivery. Ideal for first-timecustomers who prefer not to pay online. (Applicable to Hong Kong deliveriesonly)
3.2 FPS: Instant transfer with zero handlingfees.
3.3 BankTransfer: Transferdirectly to our designated company bank account.
3.4 CreditCard: We accept Visa,Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed through a secureencrypted online system.
4. OrderCut-off Time
• Dailycut-off time is 6:00 PM.
• Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
SpecialArrangements:
Delivery may be delayed under adverse weather conditions (e.g., Typhoon SignalNo. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning). We will arrange delivery on thenext available day where possible.
Remarks:
• Delivery schedules may be affected during peak seasons or public holidays(e.g., Christmas and Chinese New Year).
• This English version is a translation of the Chinese version. In case of anydiscrepancies, the English version shall prevail.
