新政 涅槃龜 80 720ml 是酒造 Private Lab 系列中最具叛逆精神的代表作。顛覆了現代清酒「米磨得愈淨愈好」的迷思，透過「協會 6 號酵母」與傳統「生酛木桶仕込」工藝，大膽將低精米風味轉化為深邃、飽滿的米旨味與明亮酸度。

涅槃龜過去以 88% 的極致超低精米著稱，近年則正式調整為 80% 精米。

這項改變是為了正面迎擊全球暖化造成的秋田酒米「高溫障害」，極端酷暑使稻米結構變硬、難以溶解，88% 會保留過多劣化外層而引發雜味。

微調至 80% 能精準削除受損外殼並穩定發酵，在維持酒質乾淨通透的同時，完美延續了涅槃龜經典的厚實靈魂。
